MelRob was born into the circus and spent her early days traveling on the road. Immediately after high school she left her small town in Northern San Diego with her first union card and sailed around the world performing on cruise ships. In 2002 MelRob came to New York city, booked her first audition and never looked back!

 

For over 20 years MelRob has worked in live theatre Off Broadway and in regional theatres all over the United States. MelRob, her husband and 2 rescue pitbulls split their time in a log cabin in rural West Virginia and a condo in New York City.  

 

Over 15 years ago MelRob started her own micro-business The Biz of Show helping actors book work without an agent and figuring out parallel income streams.  Melissa was Vice President of Actors Equity Association for 9 years.
